Just what does it take to get that beef to your table? There is a lot that goes into the process, and all of our farmers/ custom exempt providers (see our FAQ page to learn more about custom processing) put a ton of work into making a fantastic finished product for you.
TIME LINE
1. Beef are moved from pasture to a feed lot. 2. Beef are grain finished for 90-120 days. 3. Live beef are taken to the processing plant. 4. Beef is dry aged for approximately two weeks. 5. Beef is processed by the plant. 6. You pick your beef up at the plant. 7. Enjoy delicious, farm to table beef for dinner.
