Who We Are
Our family has been processing our own beeves for personal use since the early 1900's. It is a tradition that has moved through five generations. Only recently, did we decide to open up our processing facility to the public as a custom exempt plant. With the cattle prices tanking and seeing so many of our friends and neighbors with cattle to feed out but no place to take them to get processed, we bit the bullet, built a brand new facility and opened for business.

We are 100% farm family owned and operated. We know and understand both ends of the market and literally can take you from farm to fork. At this time, we are not set up to process meat for sale to the general public, as in individual packages or cuts, but we may work toward that in the future.
